Kindergarten Screenings for ALL 2023-2024 incoming kindergarten students will be held on August 8, 9, and 10, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Crete-Monee Early Learning Center, 1500 S. Sangamon Street in Crete. The brief assessment will last about 30 minutes.
Kindergarten screening is a way to help teachers collect preliminary information about your child's growth and development. The Kindergarten screening process is to gain valuable insights into each student's development and preparedness for entering kindergarten. Our objective is to ensure that every child receives the necessary support and resources to excel academically, socially, and emotionally. By conducting the screening, our goal is to create an inclusive learning environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
